Private Yoga Classes with Alla at your own convenience.
While yoga classes are an effective way of learning and practicing, there may come a time when you need to take next step in your practice and explore the infinite of yoga and your body. Private yoga classes are focused on a traditional approach of yoga asanas and breathing techniques. The private lessons are based on 3 aspects: strength, balance and flexibility.

We also offer yoga by donation once a week (on Wednesdays at 18:30). Most classes are taught in my home and the class sizes are limited. Please plan to arrive early and contact Alla at 905-719-8456 to guarantee your spot in class. We have no set or suggested fees; all donations are anonymous and all are appreciated!

Please wear clothing that is readily available to you, comfortable and loose-fitting. Students wear shorts, tights, sweats or baggy pants of all types. Barefoot is recommended but not required. Please no perfumes as some students have allergic reactions to perfumes. We have mats available for you at no charge but it is always advise to bring your own if you have it.

Why do you need private yoga sessions?
• You want to work toward a specific physical goal such as increased flexibility, balance, or strength; target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees, or increase your mental focus in a particular sport or activity.
• Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs.
• You're a beginner and you want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated.
• Rehabilitation of injuries or working deeply on a certain troublesome area of the body.
• You want to go to the next level in your yoga practice or work more in-depth.
• You can make your own schedule.
• Learning and practicing postures and breathing exercises at your own pace and within your own range is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga.
• You want private yoga teacher to assist you in the precise alignment of each yoga asana.
• You can practice yoga at home or at my studio for a private class. Private and semi-private yoga sessions are also available so that you can split the cost with 1-2 other people.

In private yoga sessions, I will be tailoring the yoga sessions to your individual needs. Private yoga classes can take you further in your practice than a group class can.
